NIR-7000
​Online Moisture Analyzer

The NIR-7000 is a next-generation online moisture analyzer, offering precise, real-time moisture measurements in industrial process environments. Built on proven Near Infrared Reflectance (NIR) technology, the NIR-7000 delivers accurate moisture readings within +/- 0.1%, making it ideal for applications where moisture content directly impacts product quality.

Designed for high-throughput manufacturing, the NIR-7000 is reliable, with a durable IP65-rated housing and hardened electronics that ensure stable operation in temperatures ranging from 0 °C to 55 °C (32 °F to 131 °F), and extended ranges with optional heating or cooling.

The analyzer is easy to implement and can be delivered pre-calibrated for quick, turnkey operation. It can be installed in a variety of configurations, including over conveyor belts or through sight glass windows.

    With the ability to perform closed-loop control of dryers, belt speed, and re-moisturizers, the MCT Series optimizes production efficiency. Thousands of MCT sensors are installed globally, helping manufacturers control moisture levels to within one-tenth of a percent, ensuring products meet exact specifications.
